The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has a continued requirement for Educational Programs at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. The scope of the effort is to provide comprehensive PK-12 education services in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations. Services shall include special education programs for eligible Hanscom AFB dependents who are 3-21 years of age in all appropriate settings. There are approximately 525 eligible PK-8 dependents of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel residing on Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. The requirement includes providing food service, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and student transportation services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611110, (Elementary and Secondary Schools), and the applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is U099, (Other Education and Training Services). Interested offerors must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their proposals. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125425RE008 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This requirement will be competed as unrestricted under full and open competition. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods.
