The Night Monitor Services (NMS) requirement in Kanto Region, Japan includes providing trained personnel, uniforms, program management, and all necessary resources to support event operations. The number of events requiring Night Monitors will vary based on event schedules and locations. Historically, the requirement has averaged approximately 100 nights per year. Prospective contractors shall provide all personnel, equipment, and management necessary to fulfill the requirement, including but not limited to: - Sufficient staffing to cover all scheduled events. - Uniforms and identification for Night Monitors as required. - Program management and administrative support to coordinate staffing and operations. - Compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and safety protocols. The periods of performance (POP) of for this effort includes one 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month options to extend the performance up to five (5) years plus one six (6)-month extension - if determined by the Government agency - as follows: Base period: 01 August 2025 TO 31 July 2026 Option Period One: 01 August 2026 TO 31 July 2027 Option Period Two: 01 August 2027 TO 31 July 2028 Option Period Three: 01 August 2028 TO 31 July 2029 Option Period Four: 01 August 2029 TO 31 July 2030 Six(6)-Month Extension: 1 August 2030 - 31 Jan 2031 Note to Interested Parites: this is a pre-solicitation notice only.
