This is a request for information (RFI) and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires PE equipment for elementary, middle, and high school PE classes systemwide. DoDEA expects to award multiple blanket purchase agreements, (BPA) each for a five-year base period. Deliveries are to various locations within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) where DoDEA Schools are located. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 5339920 (Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing) and the applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is U009 Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting offers. DoDEA intends to issue a BPA agreement in support of this requirement. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The contract type will be firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with an estimated period of performance consisting of a 5-year base contract. Potential sources are invited to submit a Capabilities Statement and Pricelist for the items listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
