This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA requires test vouchers for a nationally recognized ACP certification exam that includes one retake. DoDEA requires an Adobe®-certified dealer to (1) permit our 40 high schools (SY24-25) to continue to be authorized Certiport testing centers and (2) provide DoDEA with ACP test vouchers managed by DoDEA CTE staff at DoDEA HQ in Alexandria, VA. DoDEA expects to award one contract for a base period of performance of five years. Each year DoDEA expects to purchase approximately 1,250 ACP test vouchers—an estimated total of 6,250 ACP test vouchers. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 (Educational Support Services), and the applicable PSC is U009 (Education/Training - General). Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125425QE035 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial and Services, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be competed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. DoDEA expects to make one award for a 5-year base period. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 03/14/2025 and an award date on or about 05/16/2025. Attachment(s): 1.
