This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA requires a commercially available, off-the-shelf (COTS) mathematics strategic intervention resource (Tier 2) that supplements, not supplants, our core instruction. The proposed solution shall include related professional learning and technical support. DoDEA requires 5-year licenses for students and teachers but would prefer to have 6-year licenses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513130 (Book Publishers), and the applicable PSC is 7610 (Books and Pamphlets). Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125425QE031 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial and Services, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be competed as Full and Open Competition. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. DoDEA expects to make one award for a 5-year base period and 1 option year. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 03/27/2025 and an award date on or about 08/04/2025.
