The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: Personal Financial Literacy Industry Credentials Credentialing and Related Support This is a notice of intent and is not a request for proposals or quotations. This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires Personal Financial Literacy Certification and Related Support for students and staff with Personal Financial Literacy credentialing opportunities and related asynchronous professional learning to assist students in becoming financially minded individuals. This requirement also includes the following supporting tasks: student and teacher credentialing, web based reporting, and technical support. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 (Educational Support Services) parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE1254-25-QE-007 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12 and 13. This requirement will be competed under Small Business Set Aside (100%) and will result in a single, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity award with a 5 Year Base Period. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 03/10/2025 and an award date on or about 06/20/2025. This is not a request for proposals or quotations.
