DoDEA is required to process Renewal Agreement Travel and Education Travel through the Defense Travel System (DTS). This workload includes creating authorizations and processing settlement vouchers for thousands of employees worldwide. DTS Centrally Billed Account (CBA) Reconciliation, Permanent Change of Station (PCS), and DFAS Related Support Function.
