DoDEA requires up to 8,500 multi-touch... AMENDMENT 0002 is added to provide responses to vendors questions. AMENDMENT 0001 is added to extend due date for receipt of proposals. THIS IS AN IDIQ Contract. DoDEA requires up to 8,500 multi-touch interactive flat panels (IFP) of select varied sizes and specifications and up to 400 brand agnostic smart televisions (TVs) for use in classroom spaces, meeting spaces, and other collaborative areas in schools and offices located CONUS and OCONUS. Both device types will be used primarily for classroom learning with possible opportunities for hybrid instruction. Once a delivery or task order (DO/TO) is awarded, the contractor must supply locations both CONUS and OCONUS in accordance with the order. Bid awards will not be split by District or Region as identified by DoDEA. Once originally ordered items become end-of-life and/or as new requirements are identified products can be added throughout the life of the contract. Finally, DoDEA requires enterprise Remote Management licensing that is compatible with SMART (Lumio, formerly Learning Suite) software. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR MORE INFORMATION.
