The purpose of Amendment 1 of the solicitation is to: 1) Extend the proposal submission due date to March 22, 2024. 2) Update the PWS to remove the term "Interim Assessments". 3) Post the answers to questions received in response to the solicitation. *** NOTE: Proposal submission due date has been extended. Proposal submissions must be sent in electronically to the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer on or before 0900 EST, March 22, 2024. SCOPE: DoDEA requires a systemwide summative assessment system that measures student mastery of CCRS in ELA/Literacy and Mathematics. The system shall (1) administer and score assessments, (2) analyze and report the results; (3) provide technology services; and (4) possess the following functionality: Provide computer-based and paper-based assessments (including special versions) Ensure the security and integrity of the assessment system. Ensure the technical adequacy of the assessments. Provide scores that are valid and reliable. Provide accurate reports in a timely manner.
