This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: The Contractor shall be required to provide a comprehensive Custodial program for the Fort Stewart Community Schools and the Community Superintendent’s Office (CSO) located at Fort Stewart Georgia to accomplish the objectives and requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) without interfering with school operations. The major elements of the services required include: Custodial Services Floor Maintenance Lavatory Services Cafeteria Services The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, Janitorial Services, and the applicable PSC is S201, Housekeeping- Custodial Janitorial. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE1254-24-Q-E017 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement will be competed on a competitive basis and will be a small business set-aside. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The period of performance will consist of a base year of 12-months with four (4) 12-month option periods. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 29 August 2024 and an award date on or about 23 October 2024. Attachment(s): 1.
