This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA requires current digital courseware aligned to industry standards, DoDEA competencies, and adopted credentials for the Health Science Career Pathway. DoDEA offers Health Science at five high schools. Each course is one year in length, equivalent to one high school credit, and taught by a DoDEA instructor. The estimated annual enrollment, which is expected to be stable through the period of performance, and related information are shown in section 1.3 of attached PWS. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513130 (Book Publishers), and the applicable PSC is 7610 (Books and Pamphlets). Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125424Q0021 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial and Services, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be competed as Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Idefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The period of performance will consist of a 5 year base period with no option years. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 03/08/2024 and an award date on or about 05/22/2024. Attachment(s): 1.
