This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA employs over 1,500 paraeducators systemwide to support our special education program. Most paraeducators require novice-level and/or experienced-level asynchronous self-paced professional learning to better provide behavioral and instructional support to students with disabilities. DoDEA expects approximately 900 paraeducators will sign up for coursework each year. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430, Professional and Managerial Development Training, and the applicable PSC is U009 Education/Training – General. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation Number HE125424Q0020 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be competed as a 100% small-business set-aside. The anticipated award contract type is a firm-fixed-price (FFP) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. The period of performance will consist of a base year of 12-months with four 12-month option periods. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 04 April 2024 and an award date on or about 18 June 2024. Attachment(s): 1.
