The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not reimburse the respondent for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR 13.501(a) to National Network of State Teachers of the Year (NNSTOY). The award is for a base year and 2 option years. The total estimated contract value for the base period and all options is $314,516.26. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that other vendors can meet the Government’s need. See attached draft PWS for more information.
