DoDEA requires support to do the following: Create a research-based best practices framework for an LDPP that equitably addresses the needs of DoDEA school-level and above-school-level educators, per PWS 1.2.4. Design a 3-year School Administrator Program for new-to-role principals and assistant principals. Design a 1-year Aspiring Leader Academy to prepare DoDEA teachers and above-school-level educators for instructional systems specialists, assistant principal and principal roles. Design webinars and/or digital modules to support the School Administrator Leadership Program and the Aspiring Leader Academy on a quarterly basis. Prepare DoDEA educational leaders to facilitate the School Administrator Leadership Program and the Aspiring Leader Academy.
