DoDEA requires support to do the following: Create a research-based best practices framework for an LDPP that equitably addresses the needs of DoDEA school-level and above-school-level educators, per PWS 1.2.4. Design a 3-year School Administrator Program for new-to-role principals and assistant principals. Design a 1-year Aspiring Leader Academy to prepare DoDEA teachers and above-school-level educators for instructional systems specialists, assistant principal and principal roles. Design webinars and/or digital modules to support the School Administrator Leadership Program and the Aspiring Leader Academy on a quarterly basis. Prepare DoDEA educational leaders to facilitate the School Administrator Leadership Program and the Aspiring Leader Academy. Partner to plan, implement, evaluate, monitor, and sustain the two programs. See Solicitation attachment for more details.
