This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA requires print and/or digital instructional resources for each Heritage Spanish course level. Although print instructional resources supported by digital resources are preferred, DoDEA will also accept digital only instructional resources. DoDEA also requires robust product training and professional learning for teachers teaching Spanish to heritage Spanish speakers. DoDEA expects to make one award for a 5-year base period with one option year. The required courses consist of Introductory (Grade 6 only) and Spanish for Spanish Speakers, Levels 1-3 (Grades 7-12). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513130 (Book Publishers) and the applicable PSC is 7610 (Books and Pamphlets). Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125424Q0003 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial and Services, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be competed as unrestricted under Full and Open Competition and will result in an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity award with a 5 Year Base Period with one option year. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 11/30/2023 and an award date on or about 05/02/2024. This is not a request for proposals or quotations.
