Answers are posted via Attachment 6, Q&A. **AMENDMENT 1: The Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been revised. The old version of the Solicitation has been removed and the amended solicitation (dated 4-17-23) has been uploaded to reflect the changes of the PWS. Questions in response to the solicitation are now due April 24, 2023. Proposal submission date remains the same. ***Submissions must be sent in electronically via email to the Contract Specialist on or before 9am (EST), May 19, 2023. Refer to FAR clause 52.212-1 “ADDENDUM-INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - - COMMERCIAL ITEMS (DEC 2006)” for how to properly submit a proposal. DoDEA requires a systemwide student assessment system that measures student mastery of CCRS in mathematics and ELA/literacy. The system shall (1) administer, score, analyze, and report the CCRS assessments, including CCRS Summative Assessments and CCRS Interim Assessments, (2) provide technology services, and (3) possess the following functionality: Provide computer-based (CBT) and paper-based (PBT) assessments (including special versions), per Table 2. Ensure the security and integrity of the assessment system. Ensure the technical adequacy of the assessments. Provide scores that are valid and reliable. Report results in an accurate and timely manner.
