PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT HE125423Q3003-0001. DoDEA requires a commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) cloud-hosted Integrated Library System (ILS) solution that will serve our schools, students, and educators systemwide. All ILS resources and servers must be located outside of DoDEA’s network and maintained/secured by the Contractor. DoDEA also requires related virtual product training, train-the-trainer professional learning, maintenance, updates, and technical support.
