The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires digital access to a repository of 6-12 specialized content area supplemental resources, developed by instructional designers and educators, aligned to content standards for supplemental instruction in specialized courses throughout the agency. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 - Educational Support Services, and the applicable PSC is U009- Education/Training - General. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125423Q0030 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Subpart 16, Indefinite Delivery Contracts. This requirement will be competed as unrestricted under full and open competition. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The period of performance will consist of a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 14 August 2023 and an award date on or about 25 September 2023.
