Amendment 1 of the solicitation is to post Attachment 6, Answers to questions received in response to the solicitation. ***Submissions must be sent in electronically via email to the Contract Specialist on or before 9am (EST), April 21, 2023. Refer to FAR clause 52.212-1 “ADDENDUM-INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - - COMMERCIAL ITEMS (DEC 2006)” for how to properly submit a quote. DoDEA requires commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) seat-based licenses for the courses listed in Table 1 below. The courses shall be taught by DoDEA teachers. Although DoDEA would prefer to award one contract, multiple contracts will likely be awarded. The courses shall possess the following characteristics: 1) Be equivalent to either a one-semester (0.5 credit) or two-semester (1.0 credit) unit. 2) Be accessible via single sign on (SSO) via DoDEA’s learning management system (LMS). 3) Be vendor-hosted and delivered to students via our LMS or hosted on our LMS. 4) Have rolling start dates. Note: Rolling dates are necessary to accommodate the different school year calendars of our US and overseas schools.
