THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT A SOLICITATION OR AWARD WILL BE ISSUED RESULTANT TO THIS NOTICE. DoDEA – Pacific Region is seeking sources that are able to provide the services required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The entirety of the work may be performed either virtually or in-person at Yokosuka, Japan. The Government is seeking Industry input to determine set aside and feedback regarding this requirement and draft Performance Work Statement (PWS); see ATTCH2. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 611620, Sports and Recreation Instruction. Interested parties must have NAICS 611620 in their System for Award Management (SAM) registrations (www.sam.gov). The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, transportation, materials, supplies, and any items and services necessary to perform the required services as defined in the PWS. The Contractor shall perform the requirements, directives and instructions, as well as conform to the professional standards identified in this contract. Contractor tasks will include: train review panel judges and team coaches; observe entire event and provide feedback for improvements; serve as lead judge on review panel; instruct cadets in small or large groups during instructional periods; provide drill training material(s); review score cards; and submit relevant documents to the Government. Please note: This is an estimated posting timeframe and it is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the System for Award Management website for all subsequent postings. The draft PWS provided repesents the size, scope, and complexity of this requirement. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these services. All interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities package (no more than 5 pages total) outlining the company’s key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement and addressing the questions found in ATTCH1, Market Research Questionnaire. COVID-19 travel restrictions apply to the performance location and interested parties should monitor the condition status for the country of, specifically main land, Japan. The U.S. Government will not compensate or reimburse any potential awardee for failing to follow the Host Nation’s travel restrictions. Electronic communications, via this website and email, shall be used as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging all information. Hard copies of documents posted on SAM will not be made available. The Government will provide an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of information submitted.
