Amendment 0001: The reason for this amendment is to publish questions received from industry and Government responses. Two new attachments are provided. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, a single award contract for Special Education Clinical Assessment services in support of DoDEA-Pacific West District, Guam. Services will be for a 5- year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls.
