This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA requires professional learning for suicide risk and other screenings and one-on-one consultative support for selected personnel systemwide. DoDEA requires (1) digital modules for school-level an above-school level psychologists and counselors systemwide, (2) synchronous webinars for HQ subject-matter experts, (3) one-on-one case support for 24 subject-matter experts located in all three DoDEA regions, and (4) industry-standard technical support. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, and the applicable PSC is U009, Education/Training General. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125422Q0026 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12 and 13. This requirement will be competed on a competitive basis and will be 100 percent small business set-aside. The anticipated award contract type is a firm-fixed price contract. The period of performance will consist of a one-year base period 11 Jul 2022 – 10 Jul 2023, followed by four one-year options. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 05/13/2022 and an award date on or about 07/11/22. Attachment(s): 1.
