DoDEA requires comprehensive system accreditation services by a US accrediting agency with a strong national presence, especially in states that have large military populations. In addition to accreditation visits/reports to each DoDEA school during the life of the contract, DoDEA requires the following: Analytics that measure student learning and achievement to include digital learning and college & career readiness; school/district/system support for student learning and achievement; and engagement of key stakeholders. Access to resources that include an accrediting web-based platform, accreditation-related continuous improvement tools, accreditation handbooks, research papers, templates, guides, and standards & their corresponding rating guide. DoDEA expects to award a single firm-fixed-price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a one-year base period and nine option years. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires comprehensive system accreditation services by a US accrediting agency with a strong national presence, especially in states that have large military populations. In addition to accreditation visits/reports to each DoDEA school during the life of the contract, DoDEA requires the following: Analytics that measure student learning and achievement to include digital learning and college & career readiness; school/district/system support for student learning and achievement; and engagement of key stakeholders. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 and will be competed under Full and Open Competition and may result in a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award with a one (1) year base ordering period and nine (9) 12-month option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611710 – Educational Support Services. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting quotes. The RFQ, HE125422Q0025, and all attachments necessary to prepare a quote will be available on beta.SAM.gov on or about May 9, 2022, with a tentative closing date of on or about June 9, 2022.
