This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA requires images, audio, and video, which are professional quality and conform to copyright laws. DoDEA also requires a vendor-hosted digital asset manager / repository to store metadata tagged images, audio, and video in a searchable database accessible to multiple instructional designers/staff members. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518210 (Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services) and the applicable PSC is U009 Education/Training – General. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE1254-22-Q-0003 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12, 13 and 16. This requirement will be competed as a 100% small business set-aside full and open competition on SAM.gov. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order contract. The period of performance will consist of a base period of 12 months and four 12-month option years. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about February 3, 2022, and an award date on or about March 4, 2022. Attachment(s): 1.
