DoDEA requires an LMS with (1) an intuitive interface for the creation, delivery, and tracking of web-based curricular content and instructional/ assessment activities and (2) collaboration tools to both replicate and extend modalities found in a traditional PK-12 classroom environment. This Government anticipates awarding one single award IDIQ contract. This acquisition will be solicited Full and Open using the procedures set forth in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition and FAR Part 16, Types of Contracts.
