THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Description: The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, a single award Firm-Fixed Price contract for Pacific (Japan) Summer Shuttle Bus Services from Yokota Naval Station Lodge to Maring Corps Air Station Iwakuni onward to Naval Station Sasebo. Services will be for a 5-day period. All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF 1449 HE1254-21-Q4017 attached to this synopsis. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotes in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and the provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls.
