This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with Subpart 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The issued solicitation number is HE125421Q8011. This request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Communication and Conflict Management in Special Education(CCMSE)services. The resulting award will be an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) contract consisting of one 12 month base period and four one-year option periods. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clasues are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-04. This requirement is being conducted using a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 541990 and small business size standard of $16.5M.
