A solicitation is not being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires translation of foreign transcripts for students applying for admission into our school system that present non-English transcripts, which DoDEA must analyze. It is anticipated the period of performance will include a base year spanning one year from award date and four (4) twelve month option periods. Please provide your capabilities statement no later than the response date, February 24, 2020. The services provided are outlined in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. There will be no responses/phone calls accepted for any additional questions and or inquiries.
