Description of Requirement: This is a competitive request for quote (RFQ) for snow and ice removal services at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) New Elementary School at West Point, New York. Formal Communication: All formal communication such as requests for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation should be submitted via e-mail to Mr. Sharjeel Javaid at Sharjeel.Javaid@DODEA.EDU Question: Questions from offeror in reference to this solicitation may be submitted no later than 08:00 AM USA Eastern Time, November 18 2019, with subject line “Questions – HE125420R1001”. A consolidated list of answers to any questions received will be incorporated into the solicitation via an amendment and distributed to prospective offerors. Site Visit Information: Site visit will take place on November 14 2019 between the hours of 10:00 AM through 01:00 PM Eastern Time. Offerors are encouraged to attend the site visit, however non-attendance will not exclude contractors from competition. The number of representatives for each offeror is limited to two. In order to participate in the site visit, offerors must e-mail the name of the attendees to Mr. Rafael Negron via e-mail at Rafael.Negron@DODEA.EDU and finalize coordination no later than 05:00 PM Eastern Time, November 11 2019.
