This is not a solicitation. Vendors should not submit offers until the solicitation is posted to beta.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has a requirement to provide comprehensive education program services for (K-12) and special education services to be provided in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations including DoD Instruction 1342.12 “Provision of Early Intervention and Special Education Services to Eligible DoD Dependents.” April 11, 2005. Services shall include special education programs for eligible Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB) dependents between 3 and 21 years of age in all appropriate settings. There are approximately 600 eligible dependent children of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel residing on Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. The requirement includes providing food service, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and student transportation services. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611110, Elementary and Secondary Schools, and the applicable Federal Supply Code (FSC) is U099, Other Education and Training Services. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting offers. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE1254-20-R-0003 in support of this requirement. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. This requirement will be competed as unrestricted under full and open competition. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 27 January 2020 and award date on or about 30 April 2020. Attachment(s): 1.
