The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Non-DoD School Program (NDSP) requires an interactive website... THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Non-DoD School Program (NDSP) requires an interactive website in accordance with the Government’s Performance Work Statement. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 and will be competed as 100% Small Business set-aside. DoDEA expects to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP), purchase order contract with a 12-month base and four subsequent 12-month option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management prior to submitting quotes. The RFQ, HE125420Q0026, and all attachments necessary to prepare a quote will be available on beta.SAM.gov on or about May 13, 2020, with a tentative closing date of on or about June 12, 2020. It is the responsibility of potential vendors to monitor beta.SAM.gov for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation. No additional information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided.
