THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires grades Kindergarten through 12 Reading Intervention Curriculum in accordance with the Government’s Performance Work Statement. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 and will be competed under Full and Open Competition and may result in a single or multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract award(s) with a five (5) year base ordering period with one (1) 12-month option year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511130- Book Publisher. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management prior to submitting quotes. The RFQ, HE125420Q0014, and all attachments necessary to prepare a quote(s) will be available on beta.SAM.gov on or about March 23, 2020, with a tentative closing date of on or about April 22, 2020. It is the responsibility of the potential vendors to monitor beta.SAM.gov for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided.
