The DoDEA is required to provide a free and appropriate public education to all students enrolled in its schools, including ones with disabilities. This is a nonpersonal services Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract to provide Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services for Fort Bragg Schools and Camp Lejeune Community Schools, in addition to specific community locations (i.e. field trips or alternative education settings) or residences of students requiring services, if such need arises. Due to high student needs, a separate BCBA will be provided for each community, respectively. The contractor shall provide BCBA services directly to students and training and consultation to DoDEA staff and parents, as requested by CSC or directed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). If the population or severity changes additional tasks orders will be written.
