This acquisition is a 100 percent total Small Business set-aside. The RFQ, HE125419R0002, and all attachments necessary to prepare a quote(s) will be available on FedBizOpps (FBO) on or about November 26, 2018, with a tentative closing date of on or about December 27, 2018. All responsible sources may submit a quote, and each quote will be considered for potential BPA award.
