Description of Requirement: This is a competitive request for quote (RFQ) for the inspection, maintenance, and repair services of the Dukane Integrated Intercom/Communication System, installed at the three Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) locations in Puerto Rico: --Antilles High School, Fort Buchanan, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico --Antilles Middle School, Fort Buchanan, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico --Ramey School, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico Formal Communication: All formal communication such as requests for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation should be submitted via e-mail to Ms. Kathy Marquez at kathy.marquez@dodea.edu and Mr. Sharjeel J. Questions: Questions from Contractors in reference to this solicitation may be submitted no later than 09:00 AM USA Eastern Time, June 10 2019, with subject line "Questions - HE1254-19-R-1009 DoDEA Dukane 2019". A consolidated list of answers to any questions received will be incorporated into an Amendment and distributed to prospective vendors. Site Visit Information: Offerors are encouraged to attend site visits, non-attendance will not exclude offerors from competition. The number of representatives for each offeror is limited to two.
