THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). DoDEA has a requirement for Intentionally aligned curricular intervention resources that (1) are based on the most current research for mathematics intervention instruction and aligned to CCSSM, and (2) provides thorough guidance for teachers towards differentiated and/or customizable instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including English Language Learners and students with Individual Education Plans (IEPs). (3) Materials contain a variety of assessments and data collection tools and reports to monitor student progress. (4) Materials can be any grade combinations within K-8, and this program would supplement, not supplant core instruction. (5) Professional learning to implement the program with fidelity needs to be available.. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 and will be competed as a small business set-aside and may result in a single or multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract award(s) as a 12 month base with four 12 month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511130- Book publishers. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management prior to submitting quotes. The RFQ, HE125420Q0012, and all attachments necessary to prepare a quote(s) will be available on beta.SAM.gov on or about Febraury 10, 2020, with a tentative closing date of on or about March 10, 2020. It is the responsibility of the potential vendors to monitor beta.SAM.gov for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided.
