The 15 broad categories of need are family-style dining, cooking, computers (furniture only), rest time, sand & water, music & movement, toys & games, dramatic play, outdoor activities, discovery activities, library, drawing, blocks, art and general furnishings. DoDEA expects to do a blanket purchase agreement with multiple awards for a 5-year base period.
