The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price contract. The work to be performed under this contract consists of the Contractor providing a comprehensive Custodial program for the Fort Stewart Community Schools and the Community Superintendent’s Office (CSO) located at Fort Stewart Georgia to accomplish the objectives and requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) without interfering with school operations. The major elements of the services required include: Custodial Services Floor Maintenance Lavatory Services Cafeteria Services Service locations and facilities covered under this contract are listed below: Murray Elementary School (Bldg. 7155), 24, Murray Ave, Fort Stewart, GA 31315 Diamond Elementary School (Bldg.7080) 2493 Hero Rd., Fort Stewart, GA 31315-1044 Kessler Elementary School (Bldg. 7560) 1127 Austin Rd., Fort Stewart, GA 31315 Community Superintendent Offices (Bldgs. 5601, 5604,5605, 7393, and 7395) 376 Chaeau-Thierry Ave and 2772 Hero Road, Fort Stewart, GA 31315 One (1) base year of 12-months and four (4) 12-month option periods. Projected performance of period is from 01 February 2025 to 31 January 2030. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720, Janitorial Services with a size standard of $22M.
