DoWEA is conducting FAR Part 10 market research via this RFI to identify qualified companies for vehicle leasing, onboard video surveillance systems, telematics, fleet management, connectivity, maintenance, and support services in Okinawa, Japan. The draft PWS covers labor, materials, supervision, equipment, licensing, subscriptions, and technical support needed for continuous vehicle availability, safety, visibility, and operational readiness, and it may change before any solicitation. The period of performance is expected to begin August 1, 2027. This RFI is for information and planning only and does not constitute a solicitation or obligate the Government to award a contract. Interested firms are requested to provide a statement of interest, a capability statement, and a non-binding ROM cost estimate based on the draft scope.
