This is a market research RFI for student bus transportation services supporting the Baumholder Military Community in Germany, not a solicitation, and the government will not award a contract based on responses. The contractor would provide all personnel, drivers, safety attendants, supervision, supplies, and equipment necessary for daily commute student transportation in compliance with DoWEA and Host Nation requirements. The period of performance is expected to begin on 01 August 2027. Interested firms are asked to submit a statement of interest, a capability statement, and a non-binding ROM cost estimate. Only businesses with active SAM registration would be eligible for any resultant contract.
