***HE1254-24-R-2004-0002, Amendment, (AMD2) with updated attachments posted. Extend the Proposal due date as stated within the solicitation. REMOVED the Multi-bell requirement and associated attachments from the solicitation. Update the Attachment Table and FAR Clauses: Addendum 52.212-1 and Addendum 52.212-2, and 52.212-3 Alt1 and 52.212-5(Dev). Update Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment X2 Personnel, X3 Vehicle, and X5 Price. As a result: the originally “Single-bell” requirement w as retained, but the title revised to omit the term, “Single-Bell”; and the Multi-bell Attachments, X2(b), Personnel, and X3(b), Vehicle, plus the CLIN/SLINs in Attachment X5, Price, are hereby REMOVED. The updated PWS issued with this amendment replaces the previous version. And all applicable changes made in this amendment are highlighted in blue. ***HE1254-24-R-2004-0001, Amendment, (AMD1) corrected version of Attachments X2(a) and X2(b). The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single or multiple, Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) for Rota-Sevilla Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Europe South District. Services will be for a potential 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods, with an additional 6-months service in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls.
