The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, a single Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) for Lakenheath Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Europe West District. Services will be for a potential 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods, with an additional 6-months service in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls. All inquiries/questions must be submitted in writing via email to Ms. Arnita Waters at Arnita.Waters@dodea.edu and Mrs. Colleen Pritchard at Colleen.Pritchard@dodea.edu with the subject line “HE1254-24-R-2000 RFP Questions” per instructions in the solicitation.
