This pre-solicitation serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.This is not a solicitation. Vendors should not submit quotes until the solicitation is posted to SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA requires digital courseware that are aligned to industry standards and adopted credentials for the Business Pathway, Programming Pathway, and Digital Design Pathway eight courses in the tables below. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611710 (Educational Support Services) and the applicable PSC is U009 Education/Training- General. Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a quote. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation number HE1254-23-Q-0019 in support of this requirement. This will be a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This requirement will be competed under Full and Open Competition on SAM.gov. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, and may result in a single or multiple award contract with a base year and a four one-year option periods. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 31 March 2023, with a closing date on or about 1 May 2023. This is not a request for proposals or quotations. Interested vendors please add your organization's information to the Interested Vendors list under this post on Sam.gov. In order to be eligible for this award your company must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). See the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed information. It is the responsibility of the potential vendors to monitor SAM.gov for any information that may pertain to a future solicitation.
