The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to procure student transportation services within the Landstuhl Military Community through a single contract. The Contractor is required to provide all personnel, supervision, services, vehicles, and equipment necessary to safely transport DoDEA students and other authorized individuals to and from their designated schools, alternate sites for classes, and authorized school activities. Services include Daily Commute and Co-Curricular. Amendment 1: Contains changes to the PWS. The previous PWS has been deleted from this announcement and the revision has been added. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15, a single award Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Landstuhl (Germany) Student Transportation Services, DoDEA-Europe East District. Services will be for a 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods. DoDEA anticipates posting the solicitation on SAM.gov the first week of February 1, 2022. No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls.
