Offerors should not submit propos... This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation. Offerors should not submit proposals until the solicitation is posted to SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has a requirement to provide (1) a cloud-based, commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) assessment platform for K-12 ELA/literacy, mathematics, social studies, science, (2) a permission-controlled, K-12 test and item bank for standards-aligned, machine-scorable formative assessment items K-12 ELA/literacy, mathematics, social studies, and science only, and (3) related virtual professional learning. DoDEA expects to make one award for a base period of nine months and nine 12-month option periods. The proposed solution will enable DoDEA teachers to develop formative assessments to better monitor student progress. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710, (Educational Support Services), and the applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is U099, (Education/Training - General). Interested offerors must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their proposals. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE1254-22-R-0010 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR Subpart 16, Indefinite Delivery Contracts. This requirement will be competed as unrestricted under full and open competition. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 01August 2022 and an anticipated award date is on or about 26 September 2022. Attachment(s): 1.
