Note, the correct Notice ID number is HE1254-21-Q-8032. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by Subpart 13.5, and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is HE1254-210-Q-8032 and issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Reasonable Accommodation to DoDEA employees for document preparation. The resulting award will be a single-award, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of one 12-month base period. Orders placed against the resulting contract shall have a minimum quantity of one hour and a maximum quantity of 250 hours. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06. This requirement is being conducted using a competitive 100% small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 561410 Document Preparation Services, and the small business size standard is $16.5M. Description: This requirement supports employees with disabilities, requiring reasonable accommodation as outlined in Title I of the Americans with Disability Act of 1990 (ADA) and applicable DoDEA guidance. The contractor shall provide an English-speaking, skilled professional with the capabilities necessary to successfully meet the government and reasonable accommodation requests outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Location: The originating request location for this requirement is at DoDEA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA. Inspection and Acceptance: Inspection and acceptance of the products and deliverables to be furnished shall be performed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The Contracting Officer or the COR may inspect all received items to ensure the deliverables meet the DoDEA specification requirement and any aspect of performance under this contract at any time. Government inspection and acceptance for all contractual items listed herein will be at the destination.
