The due date for the RFI remains unchanged. DoDEA’s Research, Accountability, and Evaluations Division (RAE) have a backlog of high-priority research and data projects. Some of the projects will enable the Division to fulfill its mission much more efficiently once completed and others would bring significantly increased benefit to the Agency and military-connected students/families if completed on a faster timeline than would be possible without additional support. The Contractor shall support DoDEA’s Research, Accountability and Evaluations division by providing all services, personnel, and personnel supervision to deliver the technical data capabilities and skills required to accomplish the requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for the purpose of conducting market research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or Request for Quotations (RFQ), and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors' responses to this RFI. Firms responding to this RFI are requested to provide DoDEA with a detailed capability statement supporting its ability to fulfill the requirement listed herein. The capability statements shall not exceed four (4) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; and 3) Familiarity and service knowledge. Feedback and/or evaluation information will not be provided to any firm regarding their individual capability statements in response to this RFI. Please note, while responses from vendors not currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database will be accepted and evaluated, only businesses with an active SAM registration will be eligible to receive contracts that may arise out of the research being conducted with this RFI.
