Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to identify companies capable of and qualified to provide the leasing of two (2) antenna repeaters for radio communications at DoDEA Fort Buchanan and Ramey sites, Puerto Rico, United States. This Sources Sought is issued solely for conducting market research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors’ responses to this Sources Sought. If your firm is interested, provide a Technical Capability statement electronically to carolyn.vincent@dodea.edu and john.grimes@dodea.edu. Forms will be accepted through 13 January, 2021 4:00PM EST. Vendor’s e-mail message shall state “HE1254-21-R-PR_Repeater_Lease” in the subject line. The e-mail shall contain the vendor’s Technical Capability statement indicating if the vendor is willing to meet with a DoDEA representative.
