Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Procurement Office is currently conducting market research to identify companies capable of and qualified to provide daily commute and special needs vehicle transportation (buses, vans) services in Kentucky, United States. This Sources Sought is issued solely for conducting market research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors’ responses to this Sources Sought. If your firm is interested, fill out and return Attachment 1; “Technical Capability Form,” electronically to carolyn.vincent@dodea.edu and colleen.pritchard@dodea.edu. Forms will be accepted through 22 October, 2020 at 4:00PM EST. Vendor’s e-mail message shall state “HE1254-21-R-KentuckyTransportation” in the subject line. The email shall contain the vendor’s updated copy of the Attachment 1; “Technical Capability Form,” a statement indicating if the vendor is willing to meet with a DoDEA representative.
