AMENDMENT-1: HE1254-21-Q-8029 Research Technical Data Support Service The referenced solicitation above is hereby extended from 2 August 2021 at 4:00 PM EST to 9 August 2021 by 4:00 PM EDT. The due date for proposals has been extended until 9 August 2021 by 4:00 PM EDT. The submission of the Questions due date has expired and will not be extended. A forthcoming Amendment will be issued to address the questions before the proposal due date on 9 August 2021 by 4:00 PM EDT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by Subpart 13.5, and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The issued solicitation number is HE1254-21-Q-8029. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Technical Data Support (RAE Division) services. The resulting award will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of one 12-month base period and two one-year option periods. The resulting award will be a single-award, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum contract amount of $2,500.00 and contract maximum amount of $4,000,000.00 and a task order minimum amount of $2,500.00 and a task order maximum amount of $1,200,000.00. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06. This requirement is being conducted using as a competitive 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541512 and small business size standard is $30M . Description: Technical Data Support for Research Infrastructure (Data Warehouse) - The warehouse will reduce the barriers to reporting on the tremendous amount of data generated during DoDEA’s daily activities in a way that enables educators, staff, and leadership to make data- driven decisions. The Contract will support DoDEA’s Research, Accountability and Evaluations division by providing all services, personnel, and personnel supervision to deliver the technical data capabilities and skills required to eliminate the backlog of high-priority research and data projects. A full description of the requirement is provided in the PWS. Location: The primary location for the service is at DoDEA Headquarters Alexandria, VA. The site may differ on occasion; see the attached Solicitation in its entirety. Inspection and Acceptance: Inspection and acceptance of the products and deliverables to be furnished shall be performed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The Contracting Officer or the COR may inspect all received items to ensure the deliverables meet the DoDEA specification requirement and any aspect of performance under this contract at any time.
